Dear All,
As some of you might already be aware, tomorrow, July 15th will be my last working day in Tech Mahindra; I'd like to take your time to express my gratitude towards you and the organisation.
Someone has rightly said, “Life is too unpredictable to live by a schedule.”, I often quote myself as an example. It was due to my sheer luck or chance that I joined MBT (now Tech Mahindra), after having done all (intentionally or unintentionally) that I could have, to avoid the offer coming my way J. "I finally met my destiny on the road I took to avoid it".
Having spent almost 6 years in Tech Mahindra, I have convinced myself to call it quits for taking up next challenge in my career and further pursue my professional aspirations. It is with a heavy heart that I must say goodbye to all of my friends and colleagues here, many of whom I have interacted on a daily basis for the last 6 years.
As a fresher, it was indeed a delight to attend TechM's ITP training which gave me the opportunity, to come along with like minded people from different parts of the country and it tactfully transitioned us to the corporate culture. After the ITP training I was fortunate to land up in BReCon Development and as most of you know since then I have been associated to Avalon and got a chance to work in development, support & design roles - often challenging, tiring, exciting & at times adventurous too J, I wish I can relive what has gone by, nonetheless I’m going to cherish the experience all my life.
I am grateful to you, for keeping up with me during the good and bad times, ups and downs during my stay in TechM. I am thankful to my seniors for showing faith in me and for always being supportive whether it was an internal or external affair, juniors and peers for their kind cooperation whenever required, for being vital source of learning & motivation throughout and making me realise the importance of continuous learning & reinventing oneself. Apart from leaping my knowledge & skills notches above where I started, with you being around in the field of my work, I take with me lot of influence, guidance & acquaintances which I believe has not only dwelled me as a professional but also transformed as a person and would be with me for my life to come. It has also been a pleasure to share time with many of you out of office as well quite often, while I was away from my family.
I wish all of you a good luck in your professional and personal endeavours in the future.
I'd be joyful to stay connected with you – a goodbye isn't painful when you're going to say hello again, I'll be just a click away on below links & you are most welcome to write to me at sagars209@gmail.com.

It surely is going to be a big ask, from me, starting 16th July to wake up in the morning and realise the fact that I am no longer amongst you, figuratively, I'm going to feel unlike me for some days to come....
